If you have former math team members now at the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign, and if you think they would like to help out with the contest, please email their names to the state finals site chair.

2012 Proctoring Assignments wil be posted here when available.

While qualifying for the State Finals is an exciting experience for all students involved, there are also school obligations which must be met. The State Finals would not be possible without the help of proctors brought from each of the qualifying schools.

The following should expect to be given ONE proctoring assignment:
Div 1A/Div 2A - Full Team Qualifiers
Div 3AA/Div 4AA - Schools who qualify eight or more students, but not a full team

The following should expect to be given TWO proctoring assignments:
Div 3AA/Div 4AA - Full Team Qualifiers

If due to circumstances beyond your control you are unable to fulfill your proctoring responsibilities, please contact the state finals site chair as soon as possible.

Once you have received your proctoring assignments, please print appropriate instructions and statements from the table below.
