The deadline for entry into the regional competition is November 1st. Late registrations are accepted on an available basis. The fee structure for the contest is:

Registration Form and Payment Postmarked by November 1: $200
Registration Form and Payment Postmarked by December 1: $250
Registration Form and Payment Postmarked by January 1: $300
Registration MAY be possible after January 1. Contact the contest chair for further information.

Before entering online registration, you must have the following information:

1. Official IHSA School Name

2. Approximate School Enrollment (IHSA multipliers are NOT used in the ICTM HS Contest. Where enrollments are close to division borders, we will verify the enrolllment with your registrar prior to the release of regional assignments.)

Division 1A - 399 or less students
Division 2A - 400-999 students
Division 3AA - 1000-1999 students
Division 4AA - 2000 or more students

3. School address, phone number, and fax number.

4. Name, email address, home/cell phone number of head coach. (Note: Home/cell phone number will only be used in the event of an emergency.)

5. Name and email address of assistant coach(es) [maximum of three can be listed]

6. Your password. If you are NEW to the contest, you must first contact the webmaster who will set up an account for you.

NEW COACHES: The contest website and email are the primary means of communication used for the ICTM High School Contest. Your email address must be entered correctly to receive the latest information about the contest.
