Coaches must notify the contest chair and regional host of any student(s) with special needs who need non-traditional means of question presentation (e.g., foreign language dictionary, large print copies, braille copies) |

Rosters must be entered on the contest website by NOON on this date. Rosters will not be visible on the website after this date. Coaches are encouraged to print a copy of their roster for their records. Minimal roster changes will be permitted on the day of the contest. Note: Despite individual regional scheduling differences, elligibility for each participant is to remain consistent statewide:
Competition A: Algebra I, Geometry, Algebra 2, Pre-Calculus
Competition B: FS 2 Person Team, JS 8 Person Team
Competition C: JS 2 Person Team, FS 8 Person Team, Calculator Team
Oral Team: Both participants must leave one of the above competition slots available for oral competition scheduling. Both participants must leave the same time slot available. |

Deadline for Pre-Ordering State Finals T-Shirts (log on to your account to order). Only a very limited number will be sold at the state finals. Checks along with the order form must be received by 4/20/12. Only original online pre-orders can be accepted. Any manual alterations to the form will not be processed. |

Deadline for state roster entry online (minimial changes may be made on Saturday). Be sure to print a copy for yourself. You will not be able to view rosters online after April 29th. ALL SCHOOLS MUST ENTER THEIR ROSTER FROM SCRATCH. Note: Elligibility for each participant at the state finals is as follows:
Competition A: Algebra 1, Geometry, Algebra 2, Pre-Calculus
