The registration form is completed online using the link below. You will need: School Name, Address, City, Zip Code, Phone and Fax. In addition, the coach name and email address must be provided.
Upon completion of the registration form, print the resulting page and send with a check to the address shown. Your school will not be registered until registration form with payment ($50 for each grade level, $30 for Algebra contest) is received.
